Our lives are so busy with what needs doing; laundry, bills, carpool, grocery shopping, work, family and so on. We need space within our days to nurture ourselves. Taking just a little time for us, sharing a laugh, a paintbrush, a glass of wine can fill us up just enough to keep us focused on the busy job of living.
